5-year renewable “della Rocca” guarantee

All products sold by “della Rocca” are always accompanied by a Guarantee and Ownership Certificate with a declaration of originality signed by our experts registered with the Bologna chamber of commerce and law courts, providing a 12 month guarantee renewable for 5 years.

How the guarantee is renewed:

Towards the end of the first year our watch laboratory writes to the customer reminding him or her that the guarantee is about to expire and to advise the watch be brought in for a control exclusively in our laboratory, at a small cost (1^st year €78, 2^nd year €88, from the 3^rd year to the 5^th year €98), thus the watch is continuously under guarantee. For those customers who do not reside in the Emilia Romagna region, della Rocca offers a special service: those customers from outwith the region may call ahead and book a day in which to have their watch checked within 24 hours.

Our guarantee, apart from bearing witness to our quality of service, carries the name of the watch owner and the watch details (brand, reference and serial numbers) becoming a descriptive document and reminder for the customer.

CHS SA Swiss International Archives

Our company protects its customers and guarantees them security of purchase by collaborating with CHS SA GENEVE, the Swiss international archives with which are registered watch serial numbers of collectors and dealers around the world.

In this way the watches sold in our boutique are certified as property of “della Rocca” and CHS SA issues a certificate bearing a security code in the name of the registrant which are subsequently passed on to the purchaser who is able to transfer the certificate to his or her name.

An essential certification tool that reinforces the concept of a secure purchase in the used and vintage watch market.
